Bridge Street - Owen, 1894
The familiar half-timbered gables are a prominent feature of this block. Ashlared (sandstone) masonry and brick finished chimneys give this block its distinctive appearance. A contrasting eclectic styled block, by Douglas & Fordham, with curly Dutch gables and Germanic turrets is situated opposite.
